I want to express my appreciation for Karter who drove our bus to Niagara Falls, trip of 9/13/24 to 9/23/24. He drove safely and made sure we were on time, got our bags to us promptly, and was always polite. He made every efforts to talk with the tour guide for our stops, giving us ample time. He gave information at the border and helped us thru a difficult crossing. He has his passengers and his company in his best interest. He was a big portion of making our vacation wonderful.

I called last minute because of my oversight for wedding transportation in less than a week. I needed two 56 passengers executive buses and was panicking. GTL and owner Mr. Sorial could not have been more accommodating. He returned my calls promptly, reviewed all relevant information with me and I recognized that he was very experienced and I was immediately at ease. He kept in touch and the buses were at the right place early and returned our guest after the ceremony as promised. I highly recommend them for transportation needs!!!
